Sprint

“A vital, nourishing seedbed for bold, new and emerging artists” – The Stage, March 2016

Each March, Sprint returns: London’s biggest and best festival of theatre from across the UK and beyond.

Join us for our twentieth annual celebration of all that’s bold, inventive and risk-taking from emerging artists handpicked to inspire, surprise and entertain.

Our flagship annual artist support scheme Starting Blocks, a ten-week programme running from Jan-March, culminates in a work-in-progress showcase during Sprint. Previous Starting Blocks success stories include Rachel Mars’ The Way You Tell Them, Louise Orwin’s Pretty Ugly and Emma Frankland and Keir Cooper’s Don Quijote, which have enjoyed successful three-week runs as the headline acts in major festivals at CPT, nationally and internationally. See them here first.

WE’LL BE ANNOUNCING THE PROGRAMME FOR SPRINT 2017 IN THE NEW YEAR – STAY TUNED! IT’S GOING TO BE A CORKER.
