Featured in the UCL takeover: three-weeks of shows presented by University College London societies.
Presented by UCL Shakespeare Society
Usurped and exiled Prospero, the rightful Duke of Milan, waits on an island.
Finally – a chance of vengeance appears! As his brother’s ship sails past, Prospero uses his powerful magic to deliver justice at last. With the aid of the native spirits, he wreaks the ship, scattering the sailors, his brother and the King of Naples around the enchanted isle.
Lost and bewitched the travellers wander the island forging friendships, undermining alliances and doubting the very nature of their reality. But when the spells are lifted, can love truly reconcile betrayal?
In this inaugural production of the UCL Shakespeare Society, nothing is as it seems!
