This workshop is presented alongside #thebabyquestion: a devised research-based performance by three female performers, investigating the power and inevitability of “the baby question. For more info and to book tickets click here.

Presented by Sue Mayo and Anna Sikorska
The workshop is open to anyone who identifies as a woman and who has experience of #thebabyquestion.
Our response to questions relating to motherhood depends so much on who asks us, how and when, and also on the questions that reverberate within us. We’ll work through movement, writing, and working with words in a very material sense, visualising the launching, the arrival and the impact of the questions, and what this provokes in us.
The workshops are not just exploratory; each woman will have the opportunity to bring together words, images or movement to create a photographic image, contributing to the wider conversations around The Baby Question.
You are welcome whatever your age, orientation, history or arts experience.
Please note it will not be a space solely for women without children.
The workshops are led by: Sue Mayo, theatre maker, supported by Anna Sikorska, therapist and artist www.suemayo.co.uk www.annasikorska.co.uk
