Presented by Wonky Table Theatre Company

What if Sleeping Beauty never wanted to be a princess? What if she didn’t dream of being kissed by a prince?

In a far-off kingdom, three fairies don’t know what to do with a princess that won’t fit in. They’ve tried everything, so they hatch a plan and snatch a prince.

After a run at Swiss Cottage Library, one 30-year-old called Sleeping Beauty? a “funny, charismatic performance”, while her 2-year-old daughter asked “when can we see it again?”. A 21-year-old described it as “fab” and a 57-year-old rewarded it, “most likely the highlight of my day”. Join us for a playful retelling of Sleeping Beauty, for ages 5-105.
