Edinburgh Festival Fringe Preview
Directed by Sh!t Theatre’s Rebecca Biscuit
Mark Dean Quinn comes to CPT with his show called Mark Dean Quinn or Observation Without Comedy, he hasn’t decided yet. It is about trust, ice creams and buckets. There are no jokes. Everyone gets sweets.
“I promise one joke that lasts fifty minutes without a punchline and it’s a promise I can deliver on. It’s called More Observation Without Comedy. People have been warned” Mark Dean Quinn
Mark is a Malcolm Hardee Cunning Stunt Award nominee for his “vital yet under-rated art of flyering for two shows” at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2014.
“A fascinating, poignant and extremely entertaining study in deadpan tragicomedy” Exeunt
“Brilliantly deadpan” Chortle
“People were laughing for some reason” Broadway Baby
About the artists
Mark Dean Quinn is a person. He was one half of Richard Dawkins Does Not Exist And We Can Prove It. Rebecca Biscuit is a person. She is one half of Sh!t Theatre and you can also prove that. This is Mark’s first show.
Rebecca will also be presenting her own work in CPT’s Spring programme – catch Sh!t Theatre’s DollyWould in May.
