Londoners fleeing London, house prices soaring, rent rising uncontrollably. What needs to be done to bring London’s rampant housing crisis under control?

Maxwell Hutchinson: Maxwell is a practising architect and broadcaster, and former President of the Royal Institute of British Architects. Hutchinson is also a regular contributor to BBC Radio Four, as well as BBC Two’s Newsnight, Robert Elms’ show on BBC London 94.9 (on Tuesdays) and various programmes on LBC radio.
Dr Paul Watt: Dr Watt says “I am an urbanist whose research interests span geography, sociology and social policy. My over-arching research focus is the inter-relationship between social inequalities, space and place, especially in global cities and their hinterlands. This includes the following themes of Social housing and urban regeneration, Neighbourhoods and communitiesm, and The 2012 London Olympics and the regeneration of East London.
