In light of Covid 19 Conrad Murray and Paul Cree of Beats & Elements along with collaborators and supporters CPT, wanted to create a platform for performers to do their thing, and talk about their work Via Instagram. It seemed like a new opportunity to create something for performers and audiences at a time when there is less live performance, but also a brand-new way to connect to new audiences and performers.
Nadine, also known as Glitch, is a performance artist and workshop facilitator from South East London, and a member of the BAC Beatbox Academy. A career spanning over 13 years, Nadine has performed in venues across the globe, raised over £3000 for inclusive youth charities, and worked with over 5000 children and young people. Nadine is currently a writer, deviser and performer in the multi-award winning gig-theatre show Frankenstein, which combines hip hop, classic literature and issues in modern day society.
Renegrade Beatbox is a Top 4 UK Beatboxer in both the solos and tag team categories of UK Beatboxing Championships, with 10 years’ experience performing at festivals, club nights and battles across the country. With a unique style, Renegrade will take you through Hip Hop, Dubstep, Grime and Drum n Bass music all with the power of his voice.
Rushand is a multi talented artist from South London. Mixing his unique tone with alternative R&B, Rushand is able to bring old-school back in a new way. He is currently part of the Disney musical Lion King as Ensemble and Musafa.
Skylar Lawson is a singer songwriter writer from South East London. She’s been doing music from the age of 13 in the hopes to someday have a platform to help guide the youth of today into the limelight.
Rapper/Producer/Song Writer TubbyBoy is a prolific wordsmith that combines conscious lyricism with hard hitting productions. Ever since the release of his first project “Different Class” in 2008 TubbyBoy has never looked back since gaining a reputation for his old skool skillset with a touch of new school flavour whilst captivating crowds with his eccentric performances across the UK. This has allowed him to stay in his own lane and create his own path with his diverse yet eclectic sound.
