Match day: The day of Dad’s hand.”

A young northern man recounts his memories of his father and an unspecified local football club to an audience. The play is a 45 minute solo performance which explores themes of football psychology, fathers and grief.  

A show for the supporters and the non-supporters. The audience can expect laughs and tears, as they are taken in and out of the past and present with the man’s reminiscent story-telling.

About the Company

Annabel and George are recent graduates of The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. An extract of ‘Extra Time’ saw a rehearsed reading there in March, and since then the piece has been developed specifically for its Camden Fringe run.
