A woman is struggling to remember her life. She is trying to piece together her past and unravel the mystery of what has happened to her. Dumbshow present Electric Dreams, a brand new show inspired by Naomi Klein’s book The Shock Doctrine.
Dumbshow promise a sweeping theatrical journey spanning CIA funded mind control experiments, the Iraq war, and the current destruction of the welfare state, and ask: are stories told to wake you up or send you to sleep?
Dumbshow make visually arresting and textually rich storytelling theatre. Their shows include To the End of the World, Clockheart Boy, and The Pearl.
