About the artist
Madi Maxwell-Libby is a spoken word artist, comedian and actor. She is winner of the 2016 Roundhouse Poetry Slam, and he piece Kids, Cuts, Coins was featured on BBC iPlayer for National Poetry Day. She is a member of poetry collective Spit the Atom and has performed for the Southbank Centre, Rich Mix, The Poetry Takeaway, Bang Said The Gun, Poet in the City, National Poetry Day, Ovalhouse, Soho Theatre, the Evening Standard Young London awards, and the Tricycle Theatre.
