Taking the Piss by Vendetta Vain
‘Taking the Piss’ is a new work in progress by circus cabaret artist Vendetta Vain that looks at the complex relationship between ‘gender’ and urination. Mixing research, interviews and performance to look at the how the most basic of bodily functions is a convoluted maze of morality, politics, taboos, and transgressions.

An exploration of a woman’s identity in society today, how we have to endure the constant pressures placed on women in every facet of their lives from work, motherhood, sex, sexuality, image and lifestyle through dance, movement and physical theatre.

Of Course I’m Hot… I’m 50! is a factual, no-frills look at the *whispers* menopause. One woman’s journey through the brain fog, sweat and desert of vaginal dryness is every woman’s journey. Warm, truthful and funny, this show tries to clear the brain fog of everyone – whoever you are.
