Director - Matt Ball
Matt joined CPT in October 2006. As the Artistic Director of Pleasure Seekers he directed both of their projects at CPT; Ariadne and Point & Shoot, which was created through CPT’s flagship TONIC programme. His latest work for CPT Icarus 2.0 premiered at The Pleasance in Edinburgh, where it was nominated for a Stage Award and a Total Theatre Award. Other projects include SCRATCH performances at BAC of Oh! Canada (an examination of Anglo-Canadian cultural relations funded by the Canadian High Commission) and Wapping:audio, an Arts Council funded digital audio tour of Wapping. Matt has also worked extensively as a stage manager and production manager and has taught at GSA, LABAN, Mountview and for the National Youth Music Theatre.
Matt has a degree in Drama & Theatre Arts from Goldsmiths Gollege, an MA in Advanced Theatre Practice from Central School of Speech & Drama and is a Fellow of the RSA.

Collette Bowe
Colette Bowe is a non-executive director of a number of companies and organisations and lives in North London. She is on the boards of Thames Water, the Yorkshire Building Society, Framlington Group and Morgan Stanley Bank International; and is the chairman of the Ofcom Consumer Panel and of the Council of Queen Mary, University of London.
Kate Bowe
After training at Desmond Jones School of Mime and Lasaad (Brussels) she set up her own theatre company Theatre Ou Quoi. On returning to London, she joined CPT in 1996, performed in many shows at the venue with the resident company. She has been a board member since its inception and set up the gallery space. She currently manages the operations of ClearlySo, the online market place for social business & enterprise, commerce & investment.
Mark Clough
Mark Clough QC is a partner at International law firm Addleshaw Goddard LLP. A solicitor advocate he specialises in cases involving European Community law and competition law.
Shaun Glanville – Chair
After graduating with a music degree from Oxford University, Shaun worked for several years as a freelance musician, actor, director and composer including work with Shared Experience and Mike Leigh. He was a founding member of CPT and worked on many projects in its early years as performer, director and musician as well as the development and administration of the charity. More recently he has worked widely in the voluntary sector in development and fundraising roles, creating development strategies for national charities, coordinating funding campaigns and leading several successful multi-million pound bids for public sector contracts. He is Chair of CPT's Board of Trustees.
Lynne Kendrick – Company Secretary
Lynne trained with Philippe Gaulier and studied at Royal Holloway and Goldsmiths Colleges, University of London. As a founder member of CPT Lynne has directed a number of successful shows for the company. Lynne is also a Lecturer in Drama and Theatre Studies. She is currently lecturing in Critical Studies at Central School of Speech and Drama and researching aspects of clown for a PhD at Goldsmiths. In January 2002 Lynne became a member of the board of the Total Theatre Network.
Natalie Richardson
Natalie Richardson is Administrative Producer for Trestle Theatre Company at their Arts Base for professional & community arts in St Albans, Hertfordshire (www.trestle.org.uk). She has worked as an independent theatre producer for the subsidised sector and previously as a Manager for Riverside Studios, Arts Theatre and Blackheath Halls.
Jonathan Wakeham
Jonathan Wakeham is a writer-producer at Black Island. He has worked as a consultant to companies including Disney, Discovery, Random House, ITV and Nickelodeon. He is also a co-founder of the British Independent Film Awards, a visiting lecturer at Paisley University
Glasgow and writes about film and theatre at www.mastersvo.com.
